Meanwhile, dental practices struggle to keep up: overwhelmed staff, missed opportunities, and patients who never schedule because no one has time to answer their questions.

We saw this problem up close. Our founder grew up in a multigenerational dental family and spent a decade building one of Brooklyn's leading cosmetic practices. He watched firsthand as amazing practices lost patients, not because of poor care, but because of poor communication.
