As an Account Manager at Wellspoken, you become the trusted partner and advocate for the private practices we support. Responsibilities:

  • Act as the primary point of contact for assigned practices.

  • Deeply understand each practice's goals, challenges, and workflow.

  • Communicate proactively to build trust and strengthen long-term relationships.

  • Work internally with operations, concierge teams, and leadership to ensure smooth execution.

  • Track performance, troubleshoot issues, and recommend optimizations.

  • Ensure every interaction reflects Wellspoken's culture of clarity, care, and reliability.

Warm, thoughtful, detail-oriented, proactive, dependable, and energized by helping clients feel supported and understood.

Qualifications:

  • 2-4 years experience in account management or client relations.

  • Strong communication skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.

  • Familiarity with CRM systems and fast-paced service environments.
