The Customer Success Specialist ensures every new practice that joins Wellspoken feels supported, empowered, and confident. Our mission is to strengthen private practices through top-tier communication, seamless onboarding experiences, and ongoing performance support. In this role, you'll guide practices from onboarding to day-to-day success, acting as a teacher, problem-solver, and advocate. You'll join a team that celebrates curiosity, collaboration, personal accountability, and long-term thinking.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead onboarding, training, and system setup for new partners.

  • Continuously monitor performance and help practices optimize over time.

  • Provide guidance rooted in Wellspoken's values of excellence and empathy.

  • Serve as the bridge between clients and internal teams.

  • Anticipate challenges and resolve them before they affect operations.

  • Maintain strong, trust-based relationships with practice owners and staff.

Ideal Personality:
Excellent communicator, compassionate, organized, patient, proactive, and motivated by seeing others succeed.

Qualifications:

  • 2+ years in customer success, training, or operations.

  • Strong presentation and communication skills.

  • Comfortable with technology and onboarding systems.
