The Customer Success Specialist ensures every new practice that joins Wellspoken feels supported, empowered, and confident. Our mission is to strengthen private practices through top-tier communication, seamless onboarding experiences, and ongoing performance support. In this role, you'll guide practices from onboarding to day-to-day success, acting as a teacher, problem-solver, and advocate. You'll join a team that celebrates curiosity, collaboration, personal accountability, and long-term thinking.
Responsibilities:
Lead onboarding, training, and system setup for new partners.
Continuously monitor performance and help practices optimize over time.
Provide guidance rooted in Wellspoken's values of excellence and empathy.
Serve as the bridge between clients and internal teams.
Anticipate challenges and resolve them before they affect operations.
Maintain strong, trust-based relationships with practice owners and staff.
Ideal Personality:
Excellent communicator, compassionate, organized, patient, proactive, and motivated by seeing others succeed.
Qualifications:
2+ years in customer success, training, or operations.
Strong presentation and communication skills.
Comfortable with technology and onboarding systems.
