Responsibilities:

• Build, scale, and refine the entire sales strategy and pipeline.

• Lead, mentor, and grow a high-performing, mission-aligned sales team.

• Create messaging that reflects Wellspoken's warm, patient-centered identity.

• Own forecasting, reporting, and revenue growth.

• Work cross-functionally to ensure sales reflects operational realities and client needs.

• Represent Wellspoken's values in every conversation: clarity, empathy, and professionalism.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years in sales leadership roles.
