The Patient Concierge is the heart and voice of Wellspoken - the person who ensures patients feel heard, cared for, and respected every time they reach out. In this role, you will bring empathy and professionalism to every call. You'll join a team that believes in going above and beyond, maintaining strong communication standards, and treating patients the way we'd want our own families to be treated.
Responsibilities:
Answer calls with warmth, clarity, and professionalism.
Schedule appointments accurately and efficiently.
Provide thoughtful support and guidance for patient questions.
Follow practice-specific protocols and workflows.
Work closely with internal teams to ensure accurate execution.
Maintain the high-quality patient experience Wellspoken is known for.

Qualifications:
Customer service or medical call experience is preferred.
Strong communication skills and ability to multitask.
Tech-comfortable and able to learn new systems quickly.
